Civil Litigation Field Clinic (Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University):
The AIDS Law Project continues to benefit from the co-operative education program of Drexel University’s Earle Mack School of Law. This program, a civil litigation field clinic begun in 2008, has provided us with a team of law students working as certified legal interns throughout the academic year. Our law students have represented clients in Landlord-Tenant Court, in guardianship cases and in administrative law hearings to determine eligibility for disability benefits, among other achievements.
