Hearts on a Wire is a grassroots inside/outside prison advocacy organization working to address the needs of transgender people in Pennsylvania’s prisons. We are building a movement for gender self-determination, racial and economic justice, and an end to the policing and imprisoning of our communities. Hearts on a Wire is fiscally sponsored by the AIDS Law Project of Pennsylvania.
